I've just been totting up the miles in my training diary for 2006. Only managed 1009 - which is about 150 miles down on last year. And it took me a grand total of 167 hours 17 minutes which equates to nearly 10 minutes per mile. Definitely slowing down in my dotage, but should still be good enough to win races in my new category this year.
