Help your running by taking part in another sport!

Okay,

Junior athletes and coaches!

Istavn Bayli believes athletes should take part in a variety of sports upto the biological age of say 15 at which time athletes should begin to specialise.

If you accept this is the way to maximise potential, what other sports would best compliment the progress of a promising junior athlete?
