Now the clocks have gone forward and it's light when you get home from work.....well it is for us lucky 9-5ers....are you now leaving the house to go for your run with a smile on your face?

Apart form running in shorts and tee shirts the best thing is being able to natter after the run and not freeze to death!!

It meant at club night, we trained on the field rather than on the track (in pitch black!). Bit easier on the legs

It means I have to run later - I don't want people seeing a sweaty man on the verge of hyperventilation while going ever so slightly quicker than a fast walk!
