Useless people ... You'll probably all too busy training for the london marathon ... but I'm fine after a 3 days break from running...

I have just taken your advice pedestrian and increased my distance run to 7.5 miles and increased one of my regular run to 5 miles... So thanks again...

great to hear you're back on the road revenged - and I think the one longer run will help you a lot more than the two slightly longer runs.

Let us know how the training programme progresses!

Great stuff revenged! Good to know that you'll be able to break your PB again when you get a less undulating course!
