Compared to everyone else on this thread Im coming in as a heavy weight. Im 6'2 and currently sitting at 17.2stone! I have lost about a stone since January though and people are saying I look much better for it, its hard getting below the 17.2stone mark though, still running but not shifting the weight. Very annoying!
Supposedly my ideal weight should be about 11.5 stone! Thats 6 stone Im meant to loose! I think I would look like a stick if I went that low!
I wouldnt say my current weight is a good race weight, I'm not built for speed

Give me a long run over a sprint anyway!
