What does this mean?

As you will know I am following a training plan for the Edinburgh Marathon. Everything has been going well until today. I don't understand what they want me to do.

It says 3 x 10min Jog off, what does the off mean?

O.

Is it 3x10 mins of a distance at intensity, then jog off the BURN? Heh. I dunno, sorry!

Is that literally all the information it gives? It must say something else surely?!

3×10 min off jog

is exactly what it says, Ive checked the entire newsletter and there is nothing about what this means...is is 10mins jog, 10mins walk / run / fly? then repeat another 2 times or what?
Very odd. I think I will probably just end up going for an hours run since thats whats basically being said.....I think.

Bit of a wild guess... but a run that I think would be worthwhile is 10mins @ race pace, 10min jog x3

In fact probably better to go for:
1mi warmup
10mins @ Race Pace
5mins jog
10mins @ Race Pace
5mins jog
10mins @ Race Pace
5mins jog
1mi cool down

Check you out being the new RF coach! The good thing about making your own training plan is there is never any confusion about what any of it means. I've just made mine as a nice lil calender and printed it out - so... here I go again!

Well I went out tonight and just ran but powered up the hills rather than just taking my time. Went out along the coastal path for 30mins, turned round and came back the same way but managed to knock 10 seconds off my going out speed so I was well pleased Faster coming home than going out.....rest day tomorrow
