I've just been looking up the topic of running faster on the ol' interweb - I've decided it's time to start working on changing my name to Not-quite-as-slow-as-he-was-Steve. Catchy eh?
It seems that interval training and tempo runs are the way forward, but I'm not sure about the best way to start doing them. i.e. doing enough to make a difference but not going so mad that you end up in A&E after the first one.
So, hopefully someone will point you in the right direction and enlighten me at the same time.
