last week I broke 40miles I was umming and arring about going out on Sunday, but as soon as I saw a few miles would take me into the 40's I soon had my trainers on
Most weeks I manage around 35 - 40... I don't think I could manage much/any more without introducing days with 2runs.

Its a nice day today so think I might head home early and do a 2 hour run, not been on a long run in ages, could be quite nice.

I would say my average would be around 28 miles. Some weeks I'll run 35 or 40 miles, others I'll just manage 20 or 25. I always run more than 20 miles. That is like a lazy week for me, or a busy one. Last week I ran 34 miles, and I've done 17 so far this week. I generally don't do more than 4 sessions a week, so I'm never going to do serious hardcore mileage.

lol... by contrast, I've just looked at my training over the past few weeks, and last week I actually had 2 rest days, and the 2 weeks before that I had 3 rest days! Not so hardcore after all

LOL Rich... just think how much more running you could do if you wasn't pouring over your spreadsheets
I run 6 days a week... and I love my rest day on Friday
I regularly top 40 miles and my schedule will take me up to 55 for the week, and that's without running twice in one day

It's not actually that far when you consider that the Sunday run is the bulk of it

my long run (Saturday) certainly makes up a decent proportion of my training!
I should probably try and extend my long runs a bit more... would probably help my half mara times, also I keep forgetting I submitted a ballot entry for FLM 2009!

Suddenly my own spreadsheets don't seem half so complicated RS!
Am currently only doing 15-20 miles a week but hoping to build on that week on week.

Well I have just had an email back from the other local running club and they sound really friendly and I think Im going to give them a go. Might actually head tonigth (since its a hard workout session) They said they will try and team me up with someone of equaly ability, which is more than I got from the last place.
