....were out running at the same time tonight (19/9/06)?

Didn't run, minor injury

I was out between 7.00 & 8.00.

I was out... 6:15 - 7:00.

Well I was out but had a shocker...worse run for ages! Planned to do about 8.5m but did about 6.25m with tight chest and heavy legs....I guess this was down to digging the allotment over past few days.
Just one of those runs I hope.

Morning runner 6.15am run till I get home, usually after either 1 or 2 laps of my 2.5k route.

I used to do pre work training and hated it!

Whereabouts in Mid Beds are you? I used to be on Beds/Cambs border.

I'm on the Herts/Beds border, little village called Arlesey. Love to pop over the bypass and run round Henlow and past the Grange health club, celeb spotting. Must confess though never seen one yet.

Updating this to last night, ie Tuesday 3/10/06, .....

When I ventured out last night it was, for the first time in ages, quite nippy at 18:15...what a relief!
