Training logs

Does evreybody keep a training log ? I came across an excel spreadsheet by a guy called David Hays, you can get more info on it and download at :
http://www.davidhays.net/running/runlog/runlog.html

Load more features than I would use at the moment, but already finding it useful for keeping track of milage and average times. And I like the tab which shows how far round the world or to the moon you've run (miniscule for a newbie like me, be interesting for long-time runners).

www.fetcheveryone.com keeps growing and getting better all the time - also I think they did add some features on here somewhere?
