Knight runner as you come from Cornwall - I was wondering where you went for your running gear particularly your shoes?

at the minute, I have a particularly useful brother who does various promotions stuff and gets freebies in my size. (talking of promotions, he set up netfit.co.uk which has all sorts of other training advice and links to this site!!).
Other than that, the internet.

Sorry S.E. Haven't really found any. We have a million and one tescos, morrisons, sainsbury's etc, and everything you could possibly need for surfing, but thats about it......unless someone knows differently?

Actually there is a running shop in Wadebridge (well just outside the town centre on an industrialest) and Launceston Sports have a running dept with a treadmill.

Without the luxury of all that time before going to work I think I would need to run after getting up, then have breakfast afterwards. Anybody else run on an empty stomach in the morning - how do you feel ?
Have you managed to get up and try the early morning sessions yet Calton ? - how did they go ?
