Once I did so much spinning I got really dizzy and fell over!

I struggle to get my HR up while on a bike, so my legs just end up aching lots when I push hard

I love spinning classes, my only problem is that they're usually on when I'm stuck in the car on the way back from work.

They're killer but get you fit fast.

My Mother-in-law teaches spinning at her local guild meetings, but I've never had her down as an atheletic type. I also never realised they teach it at sports centres..... learn something everyday!
