Anyone competing in Hebburn Tri?
Is there anyone who is competing in Hebburn Triathlon on the 5th august? Or who has done it before?
I'm attempting it for the first time, it will be my third triathlon, so I'm still a bit nervous about entering.

I'm sure you'll do fine...nerves are good!
Never done Tri myself...am not a strong swimmer and get cramp quickly.

Thanks Steve, I was told that if you get cramps when swimming to drink lots of isotonic drinks. My swimming is also weak, but I'm working on it with a good coach.
