Ironman time...
is this weekend for me up in sunny Bolton !
so i'm sat around this week twiddling my thumbs writing lists and doing strenuous exercise like my 30minute run session tonight !

2007 - 12:04 ..... about on par.
2008 - 12:21 ..... disappointing but the pros were 30mins slower.
so sub 12 or death.
