Fantastic HF/TT..that will be great..you will be able to carry me won't you...when nobody else is looking that is!
Pretty sure the organisers allow pacers/support runners from the 60m point...I'll double check.
Reckon one sniff of ale will be enough to make me fall over by the end...
Perhaps we could do some training runs sometime in the spring/summer.

We'll bring a stretcher.
That's the idea of ale is it not?
I'm up for some training runs, It'll be good to get the miles in as long as you don't take us on one of your reed based adventures through the Essex marshlands  .
