I ran the Addo 50 mile trail race this year in South Africa. Best race I have ever entered. I am going back to try the 100 miler next year. The races take place in and around a game reserve, are off road and have some absolutely stunning scenery. The 50 mile race has no time limit so is ok for slow runners. The 100 miler has a 30 hour time limit.

Enjoyed reading the article about the Augrabies Extreme Marathon. I am doing it this year but I don't think I will do anywhere near as well as Mimi, she is just incredible when it comes to big distances.
