There's usually some boats floating around... how many laps is it? 8? 9?

one of the more entertaining years was very VERY windy... on one side you were getting wet from the spray of the surf !

and having much fun watching the little boats getting blown over, spend 5minutes getting back in and upright again only to get blown over again... how we laughed.

and then there's the alpacas.

What is our planned finishing time target Trin?

Or is it a case of anytime...as long as we finish?!

erm... haven't really thought about it yet, but just off the top of my head...

Draycote is a flat 35 so how about 5 hours? or 4.59

L2B... lots of unknowns so a very loose/flexible target of 10.30. Happy for it to be less but wanted to factor in the navigation

Any thoughts Steve?

Well 3'39 or so is my marathon pb...and I normally start to get cramp from 23/24 miles so if on marathon pb schedule that leaves 80mins for the extra 8.8miles.....perhaps a 5hour 30mins target would be better.

10hours 30mins seems a reasonable target for L2B....gulp!

Ok, we can start with that target and see how it goes

maybe if you get the hydration right you won't suffer cramp...

It's salt replacement I need...I drink enough juice /water...drinking soup at Davos was great...expect I'll do the same again at L2B at the feed stations.
