Thanks TT. It`s a real hilly course,so I think maybe I could get near 23 Minutes on a flat one.

Yeah, you're right TT.
Mind you I only give up for short times when it suits me! I don't drink 24 hours before a race........that's quite an achievement for me, you gotta die of something!

I think that most of my pb's were set when I was in my early 30's (I'm 44 now). These days it just seems to be a matter of trying to slow down the decline rather than chase pb's.
Sad but true!
