Hello there - anyone running in the Snowdonia Marathon on Saturday?
If you are, lots of luck - see you in the pub afterwards for some liquid replacement! 
It's my first Snowdonia - I hear the 3rd ascent at mile 21(ish) is a beast.
Any tips, greatfully received! Thanks alot. |

Hi gang, thanks loads for your brilliant encouragement.
I managed to get round Snowdonia in 4:25. Very very pleased with that!
