I've found this to be a good watch but since I'm not that good with tech i can't figure out how to set the intervals. i want to do 10min @ 5/km, 10min rest @ 7/km and another 10min @ 5/km. if i set it to average pace can i see the average pace while i'm doing each 10min separately? because i can't seem to figure this out! pls help anyone who can! appreciate any feedback.

Hi! thanks for the reply. Yes i had already downloaded the manual and fixed the settings to read 10min run and 5min rest. the problem i have is to make sure that i'm running at the pace i'm supposed to.

when i start doing the first 10min i know that i'm at 5/km because i have the average pace to go on. Then when the 5min rest starts however do i keep my pace to match the average pace? i.e. if i let it get to 7/km, am i actually running that specific 5min at 7/km or is it taking an average of the previous 10min as well?

I just need to know how i can make sure i'm running at the pace i'm supposed to at the different intervals since my current pace is off...
