Not entirely sure TT, the club website hasnt been updated with the August training plan. I think its run all out for a certain distance then turn round and jog back, turn round and do it again....keep on going til you pass out

sounds like intervals, when you are about to start your first interval hit the "lap" button and when you finish it hit the "lap" button again, keep doing this until your intervals have finished and then at the end of the run it will provide you with a break down of how hard you worked in each lap.
I hope that makes sense.
Have fun
TT

I think I am going to rebuy a 305 this weekend. The 405 idea has been binned due to being too pricey for me at the moment! Can't wait

We look forward to welcoming you on in to the 305 club Remember your photo
I found the 405 looked to much like a watch, I prefer being able to see everything on the screen at once, plus the 305 was cheaper
Thanks for the info TT, will see how I get on with it tonight......still hasnt arrived.

We had a committee meeting and agreed that for every 5 members we will allow one 405 member

I was seriously considering the 405 until last night, then compared them side by side and the 305 does almost everything the 405 does. Plus it looks great too, and realised I couldn't justify almost double the cost at the moment. So I'll buy the 305 and take Mrs Ito out for dinner with the money I save!

That was my feeling too - not of course about taking your wife out for a meal with the money saved, but the rest of it I just don't know what the 405 does that the 305 doesn't that justifies almost double the price. And yes, the display on the 305 is so much better.
