What lube do you use? I found the friction makes the plastic hot and sticky but not in a good way!!! |

Castrol GTX Magnatec. Cuts out virtually all friction.

I have a watch Omega SPEEDMASTER Chrono Black watch. It is so excellent that i cant stop showing it to others. It's movement is Asia Valjoux 7750(28,800) Woking Chrono. Movement.
