Hi folks,

I have developed a beta version of a Windows application that will allow for comparison of two separate Garmin tcx files, in 3 Dimensions.

It basically allows for comparison of two separate training routes exported from Garmin's software in 3 dimensions by employing an import function, which reads the files from
a specific folder.

I've been running with my Garmin Forerunner F305 for about 7 years now - and I'd an issue with keeping my heart rate below a certain level, so I developed
this application to help me see visually where I had been pushing it too much. There is a 'pace' mode which when turned on, gives the option
of indicating whereby you successively failed to maintain either a:

1. Minimum Speed
2. Maximum Heart Rate

At the moment, this application only works with Garmin's bespoke tcx files, if there is sufficient interest I may develop a GPX file importer.

There are you tube videos displaying the application's functionality at the following link:

http://www.gpsrunner.co.uk/Videos.html

The first import folder has its data coloured in 3D with the pillars associated with that running avatars coloured as follows:

cyan: up to 20 percent
green: 20 to 50 percent
Blue: 50 to 75 percent
Red: 75 to 100 percent of imported heart rate.

The second piece of data imported is coloured entirely yellow.

The Demonstration version is available here:

I will be releasing a full version of this application later this year, everyone who provides feedback will be entitled to a 80 percent discount

Kind Regards,

zzoomyboy.
