Yes all OK here too thank you - the first half of this year went really well running wise but then I had a few problems in the summer (calf trouble, then a bad cough, then a bad back brought on by the coughing!) which meant I had a few weeks out. I seemed to struggle to get back from that and then, for no reason that I can think of, went through a phase of feeling really tired and slow, so I decided not to fight it and had a few easy weeks. Fingers crossed it seems to have worked (phew!) - on yesterday's and Saturdays runs I felt so much better than I have done for ages. Onwards and upwards! :d
