  1. Stop and stretch during a marathon , yes or no?

    You know your body best, if you need to stop and stretch then do it. Might take 2 minutes but mean you run 5 minutes faster to the finish :)

    Not running currently due to high blood pressure and back trouble but my stats are interesting: 1st Marathon I weighed 14st 4lb and ran 4:14:34 2nd Marathon I weighed some 17st and ran 5:00:09 but training was hampered by back trouble.

    I was originally diagnosed as neutral by a running shop in Cardiff 500 miles later, I went back after running a 10 miler. They suggested I needed supportive shoes. 100 miles later it was obvious they were wrong :)

    Sadly if I bought well supported trainers I would be running in pain as I need cushioned runners. That should read go to a real running shop and seek advise, then ask for last years model to save pennies :)

    Running away from a monster is fine if it works for you :), but when did you last see a kid heel strike Taff, as I have stepped down you can say what you like as you could have when I was a mod. I have no idea what the initials stand for and I don't care. I would have posted the same thing...

    Why 4 years? If an untraceable stimulate is developed in that time why would an athlete not be tempted again. A life ban is the only sensible option. Once a cheat, always a cheat. If I was an elite athlete I would stand down rather than be the teammate of a cheat. If I defraud my company...
