I ran a total of 10 miles this week.

Last week was 8.5 miles approx

Now I have something to improve on.

I had a really good 5.4 km run today.

This is turning out to be really enjoyable and i'm really pleased with myself.

I had aimed at adding 5 mins to my time each week.

Last week I did my 20 mins then came back and did another 10 mins half hour or so later.

This week I am aiming to do at least 25 min run each time. I feel I am ready for it.

I can't believe that I can run 20 mins now. More than I have ever run.
