Just thought i'd ask as lots of you are more experienced than me. I'm doing my second
10k in dec, and its flatter than the horndon on the hill i did in 46.35. If i run well and its is flatter course, do you think i could get a better time and if so whats a realistic amount to aim for thanks H:huh:
