The chart to 15th August:
That is a definite target to aim for.Hi. I'm back off holidays now. I did take running gear with me but lacked the energy and enthusiasm to fit in any runs after full days of hiking.
I did 20.77 miles for the week ending 12th September, bringing me to 1321.85. I will post a bar chart to 12th shortly.
For the week ending today I've done 10.72, including a fell race today in which I didn't finish quite last. So the mileage is now 1332.57. I am now over 100 miles behind target so not sure if I can make that up but I will start ramping up the miles a bit.
I'm thinking of entering Milton Keynes marathon next year and trying to qualify for an England Masters vest. The qualifying time is sub 3:40 which should not be a problem but I'll have to run way quicker than that as only the top 3 in each age category qualify. That'll be the trickier bit.
