I've broken 25 minutes for 5k in training - at last (and only just!). After stagnating at around 26 minutes for a couple of months, I blew a minute off my previous training best today :d
So even when you seem to be stuck, there must be some magic happening ready to spring out if you keep training.
Had a lot of hard runs lately, including a race that I found very hard - but think persevering through it all is where today's result came from :d
