Hello everyone, so im new to running, I started it because I want to lose some weight, i have been a gym man, but I started colleague and I could not go anymore, and I gained some unnecessary kg`s. Will I lose weight with this plan:
Monday: 6km in 40 minutes
Tuesday: 100m sprints (80%-90% full speed), at the end 8 burpees, and walking back to the starting point (doing that 8 times)
Wednesday: 6km jog/run
Thursday: 100m sprints (80%-90% full speed), at the end 10 burpees, and walking back to the starting point (doing that 10 times)
Friday: 6km jog/run
Saturday, Sunday: if im free, 6km jog/run
Will this plan help me lose some weight? If I cut from some junk food/juice?
