I am looking for a diet to follow,anybody know of anything? I just want to be sure i'm eating the right stuff,and the right amount so I have the needed energy when it comes to doing my training.

I train 3 day's a week,Monday I am in the gym and weight training with a small run after 3 miles or so,Tuesday I swimm for 1 mile,Wednesday I have off,Thursday back in the gym for more weights and then another small run.Friday off.

Some weeks I don't go to the gym and swimm all my training day's,or 50/50 swim and running.
