just thought i say hello as a am a complete newbie
got myself new shoes from a running shop and went for a run the other day. had it in mind to run 3 mins and walk 2 min just to get myself into it. ended up running 25m before i had to stop and walk>lol but i kept it up and did an another 25m and walked say 25m all the way around the 3 mile track around the rowing lake, at least the sun was out
. mind you i cycled to the track which is about 7 miles ride to warm up. the ride home was fun
lol
anyway one step at a time. its my goal to one day be able to run about that damn track without stopping:d
p.s good luck to all running in the Robin Hood marathon next week
