Personally, anything 1 1/2 hrs plus is deemed a long run.:)
I do tend to consider my long runs in terms of miles though.

At the moment 1 1/2 hours is a long run for me.

I am hoping to up it during the winter so that I can consider entering my first 1/2 marathon next year.

A hilly (700ft ascent) 5 miler is my long run at the moment. Takes about 50 mins. Just like Dave I'm looking to up it over winter to get ready for a half.

Never done over an hour, but since starting in January my focus this year has been entirely on 10K running, so do that every Sunday, but now looking to extend this over the winter.

I only started running seriously in Feb/Mar this year and didn't join a club until May, so a 1.5hr run is still long for me.

I go out for a long run on Sunday, normally with my club. Usually, it's the good runners in my club (sub-3hr marathon in some cases) on the Sunday run. Their slow pace is close to my running pace. Recently, I did a 10-miler (completed it in 1hr 23mins), and its the longest distance I've ever run.

I try to do two longer runs a week.
1.5 hrs sometime in the week then 2hrs plus on a Sunday. Up to 3hrs plus if training for a marathon. 2hrs slow for me is only 16 miles.
