Hi to all.
We have bought a treadmill to kick start our fitness regime as we are the wrong side of 35 and I am 5 stone overweight. Modesty prevents me revealing the wifes; that and the fact she will kill me
We also got an eliptical trainer thrown in on the deal.
So far I have lost 6 pounds in three weeks. Monday-Friday I do 30 min on the trainer and 30 mins on a treadmill programme which takes me to 4mph, with Tuesdays off as we are out.
Sat and Sun I do the same plus 30 min run/walk and am up to 2 min run/1 min walk.
My next goal is 30 min run
