...Not a good mix. I made the mistake on friday night of drinking some of my woes away... well them all, and then some... after my party when I fell asleep I was still drunk, next morning I woke up feeling OK so thought I should go out on my 10 miler. 6 miles in it was death - I had zero energy, given that I hadn't eaten much the night before of anything that morning, and had completely forgotton to take a sports drink out... pah, never had so much trouble with this distance before in my life!! By the time I finished, I wanted to cry... But it was very satisfying that I actually finished. Wouldn't of been so bad if the last 3 miles weren't up a freakin' moutain!

I am never getting drunk the night before my longer runs again. Do I need to ask what anyone else's experiences have been?

Teehee... woops sorry, let me re-phrase... post-drunkeness running... or something :p
