I suffered with this for months, I eventually found out it was because I was running too quick, I slowed down to approx 11 minute miles and the headaches were no where near as bad as they were before.

I now also always run with a litre bottle of water with me as well, I hope when I get fitter and my body fully adjusts to running I will just be able to go out and enjoy a run without always worrying if I will get a headache )which is always in the back of my mind)
