I have been doing a 3 mile loop, 5 days a week for the last month, but today I thought I
would change the loop just slightly, but I got half way round and I just stopped
, ok I walked
for about 100 yards then started jogging again. But what i dont understand is that I have
been jogging the 3 miles non stop for the last month but today, because I changed the route I
had this mental block. Has anyone else had this problem.
