Hey everyone
Just wondered if anybody has any tips or tricks for getting out of bed for early morning runs? Was full of determination to get up this morning for a run as I know I'm out or busy until Sunday. The alarm went off at 6am, I got up, took one look outside the window and climbed back into bed. And Im SO angry with myself now. Grrrrr !!

Fantastic post - thanks Matty. Its so true as well that the hardest battle is the one you have with yourself.
Next time I need to remember how p**sed off I am with myself for not getting up and hopefully that will do the trick
