They seem to be. They also appear to be unique to Jd and why would you offer that much off a brand new style unless it isn't selling?

It also says nothing about which running foot it is suitable for. Might I suggest you go to a proper specialist who can advise on the correct shoe type for you.

They look like they are for over-pronating as the shape of them seems to indicate there is a some support/padding in the instep.

However - i am no expert, so you should try and find out from someone that knows or from the company (JD's or Adidas)

They are neutral and not specifically designed for running. Adidas make some good running shoes but that is not one of them!! Fairly basic shoe, hence the sale price.
If you are lucky enough to be able to run in any shoe without injury then go for them, otherwise I would steer clear and get a better pair of shoes.
If it is the price that attracts you, there are plenty of bargains to be had both on the internet and in shops.
