Hi all first post here :)

Lately ive been going each week to an Army track visit, where we all practice our 1.5mile run (aswell as pushups, situps, heaves)

Ive got my run time down from 12:03mins to 10:53mins in 2 weeks, but would like to keep improving that.
So i thought it would be best to come on a running specific forum to ask the pros :d

I have been beating my times each week but this week i ran it in the same time. Really im after some advice to help me keep beating my times as im worried i have plateaued

Thanks for any help

(btw i am running the 1.5mile 3 times a week for training)

There are a few posts on the forum about this army entry test:

Basically you need to do some shorter distance interval training to improve speed over that distance. 2 weeks is not long to make that much of an improvement though, you really need 6-8 weeks.
