Hi all first post here :)

Lately ive been going each week to an Army track visit, where we all practice our 1.5mile run (aswell as pushups,situps,heaves)

Ive got my run time down from 12:03mins to 10:53mins in 2 weeks, but would like to keep improving that.
So i thought it would be best to come on a running specific forum to ask the pros :d


I have been beating my times each week but this week i ran it in the same time. Really im after some advice to help me keep beating my times as im worried i have plateaued

Thanks for any help

(btw i am running the 1.5mile 3 times a week for training)
