Hi all,

I thought with all this lockdown madness I would utilise my new series 5 watch with Nike Run Club and Couch Potato to 5K

I have done three runs in total in 10 days I think - the first was 2km / 2.6 and 3.4 (run/ walk technique) but have no idea what timings I should be thinking about per km
Pace was 8’44” and 8’04” and I did have 1 split at 4’/km

The other qs I had was is it normal to have ur knee hurt - it’s just one of them - anything anyone recommend other than Voltarol - I have downloaded a stretching app but don’t want to Make a bad choice now, which will mean I can’t continue to get better
