Hi there. Ive just come off from a little layoff of a couple of months having had a bad bout of flu and a nasty chest infection over christmas. Ive just started running again but am slightly concerned that ive only got 8 weeks to train for a half marathon. Last july i did a 10k and that was fine. I just want to be sure that im not pushing it too hard for a longer distance and get injured.
Any advice really welcome.
