My last Race and proper run was in 1995.the London Marathon..........................can`t even remember the time.

I have run 6 London Marathons BEST TIME 3.09.30 BUT SOME YEARS AGO.
My son Ran the London Last year in just over 4 hours so I have applied for next year.

A friend at The Village Maidstone kidded me to enter the Hastings marathon on 14th December 2008. It is a ONE OFF as 100 years since the Hastings Marathon in 1908.

So I have joined Larkfield AC 4 weeks ago to get into traing and in my first week ran their 10k in 54.48.

Training programms

Is there a section that has training schedules for different distances and different abilities.

Having been out of the running scene for so long I am probably more cautios than a non runner.
