Where do you put cream when you plan on doing a long run like a marathon, Im thinking vasaline on nips and then barrier cream on sweaty areas except the armpits :d

Not really sure what you mean by "barrier cream" Owain, but it's not a good idea to try and stop yourself from sweating by putting stuff on the skin which will, in effect, stop it breathing and cooling you down (which after all, is what sweat's for...). ;)

Barrier cream stops the ingress of skin irritants such as cement which over prolonged exposure, can lead to dermatitis, in some people. It's also useful if your working on something oily or greasy like the car as it makes cleaning your hands much easier.

As far as i'm aware it has no effect on sweaty areas.:)
