Hey all,

I have been making a Youtube video series lately on helping beginner and intermediate runners improve their running and essentially become better and faster runners, while also minimizing the risk of injury.

Thus far I have touched base on building your aerobic base and incorporating the long run into your routine. Next will include the tempo run, followed by running drills, all of which are included in your base training phase!

Check it out if you are trying to improve your running, or have seemingly hit a wall in your training. Hopefully it will help! :)

I subscribed to your channel 3-4 weeks ago. I have found the videos useful, with some great tips that I have picked up, plus re-enforcing some of the running techniques that I currently do.

Keep up the great videos, i had better finish with ‘peace’. 👍
