He said I was a very mild pronouncer, and my shoes were fine for me. So that rules out the shoes being a problem.

Anyhoo his wee shop was very nice and lot's of nice thing's in it. I kept my purse firmly in my bag:rolleyes:

But I will go back to get bits and bobs

May be entirely unrelated... I've had quite bad ankle pain and found out it was because my pelvis was slightly misaligned. Had a couple of visits to the osteopath since. I'm sure a gait analysis would have picked something like this up for you, though...

Have you increased mileage drastically maybe?

Was this a gait analysis in a shop? They aren't medically trained so they probably wouldn't pick up on anyhting like that

Yes it was in a shop, I have been to a physio twice and he never looked at my hips just my knee and foot (the last time I went).

But am going to a new physio on Monday so we'll see what they say.
