Just wondering if any one has any tips on improving the above - or in fact getting started? I need maximise my performance for military selection (I have a long time to train yet - so don't all panic
)
I'm a total beginner when it comes to running - beginner being I run occasionally (cycle regularly) and any help is appreciated.
