Hello! I am a newbie to running and I am always finding it difficult to run for more than 0.5km without needing to stop to catch some air, (gasping, tightness in chest, needing water etc.) However, I am only a young adult and I am quite worried this issue is something more serious than being a beginner. My usual min/km is 6:50 and I feel as if my legs could keep going but I struggle to breathe. Am I overreacting? Is this normal for beginners? Is there anyone who would like to share some advice or insight into how to improve my breathing? Many thanks,
G🙂
