Ok, it's daft, but quite simply I can't do it, not properly anyway! I know I can run faster (given my current pace it's not that much of a statement :embarrassed: ), but one of the things holding me back is my lack of ability to breath properly. It's always shallow, heavy and uncoordinated, almost gulping the air in.
Are there any really obvious and basic hints and tips to help me out? Do you regulate your breathing? How have you found your breathing pattern?
